Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your eyewear into any Eyemart Express location with your original proof of purchase.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place your glasses, protective case, and cleaning cloth securely back in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or hand it directly to an in-store associate.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or help you select a new pair of frames.
